Lucid Motors is seeking a Business Control & Administration Manager for France. This role leads finance governance, planning, local administration, and operational support, partnering with MDs and leaders to drive disciplined financial control and compliant market operations.

The position requires FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and fluency in French and English, with oversight of budgeting, reporting, and governance across Lucid France and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in business control, FP&A, commercial finance, accounting, business administration, or related functions.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Experience supporting market operations within automotive, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance for Lucid France.
• Monitor financial performance, operating expenses, and investments against budgets; identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic financial guidance focusing on cost control and budget governance.
• Prepare regular financial and operational performance reports for Lucid France and European leadership.
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key business drivers to guide decisions.
• Ensure compliance with governance, controls, and data integrity across the French market.
