Sakura Finetek Europe is seeking a Sales Manager to drive performance and development of the sales team in France. You will be responsible for achieving sales revenue, profit targets, and ensuring alignment with sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in leading sales teams in the medical device or diagnostics industry, alongside strong commercial and consultative selling skills. Attractive salary package with bonuses and additional benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Experience in the medical device and/or diagnostics industry.
• Professional command of English; French fluency is assumed.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver France’s sales revenue, profit targets, and strategic product objectives.
• Lead, coordinate, and coach the French sales team.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into plans for the French market.
