We are seeking a freelance Operations Lead to cover the France scope during a temporary leave. You will steer the France Ops team, maintain the bi-weekly sprint cadence, and arbitrate the project portfolio to align with company objectives. The role requires strong CRM governance and cross-country collaboration with the UK team.

Location options include Paris or remote within France. The contract is part-time (4 months) and offers a flexible hybrid remote model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM experience with data models, pipelines, workflows and reporting.
• Fluent English; professional French required for the France scope.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across teams.

Responsabilités

• Steer the France Ops team and maintain sprint cadence.
