A deep tech company specializing in AR systems is seeking a Project Lead in France to coordinate integration into key defence platforms. The role requires overseeing projects with French partners and maintaining communication with the Helsinki HQ. Candidates should have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or software integration, fluent French and English, along with project management skills. Qualifications

• Experience in defence, automotive or related vehicle integration projects.
• Proven track record in leading technical projects with external deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute technology integration into French platforms.
• Lead integration projects from initial discussions to working demonstrators.
• Run technical syncs with engineering teams in France and Finland.

Connaissances

Mechanical integration of hardware into vehicle platforms

Electrical integration, wiring, power, connectors, EMC basics

Software integration, networks, interfaces, configuration and basic testing

Project management with multiple stakeholders

Native level French

Strong English
