• Identify priority national Defense programs and funding opportunities.
• Serve as senior executive representative to French customers and government stakeholders.
• Lead the establishment of a customer-facing collaboration and support laboratory in France.
• Oversee catalyst operations, budget, and local execution in a matrixed environment.
