Job summary

Systematic is seeking a Solution Engineer for Defence Services in France. You will deploy and integrate our software in real customer environments, working autonomously and with customers and end users in a mission-critical setting.

Based at our Paris/Issy-les-Moulineaux office, you will travel 30–40 days/year, primarily within France with some international travel, and collaborate with the Defence Services team across Europe.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master in a relevant subject.
• Experience installing and managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure) and containerisation technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, RKE).
• Experience delivering technical training or guiding users is an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and French.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and integrate Systematic products in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot, fault-find and provide technical assurance of our solutions.
• Work with customers during deployments and critical periods to ensure performance in operational environments.
• Build strong relationships with partners and end users.
• Support the delivery of technical training for customers.
