Nebius in France is seeking a senior Partner Manager to build and own Nebius’ partner ecosystem, focusing on ISVs, channel partners and NVIDIA alliances to scale enterprise and public sector adoption of Nebius GPU IaaS. You will recruit, enable and co‑sell with partners, drive joint go‑to‑market, and own revenue outcomes across France and neighboring markets, reporting to the Head of Channel & Alliances.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic alliances or channel management.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven track record building partner ecosystems.
- Experience with AI/infrastructure vendors (GPU/ISV).
- Willingness to travel regularly within France and Southern Europe.
Responsabilités
- Own the regional partner plan for France and adjacent markets.
- Recruit, enable and co‑sell with partners to generate revenue.
- Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market and co‑sell motions.
- Negotiate partner agreements and manage incentive structures.
- Collaborate with NVIDIA and global partner leadership to align programs.
