Nebius is seeking a Senior Public Affairs Specialist for France, based in Paris with travel, to shape Nebius' public affairs strategy at national, regional and local levels. You will build trusted relationships with Élysée, Matignon, ministries and regional authorities to advance Nebius' AI infrastructure priorities and responsible innovation.

• At least five years of relevant experience in public affairs, government relations, public policy, political advisory or external relations.

Responsabilités

• National government engagement: support Nebius' public affairs strategy with ministries, Parliament and central agencies.
• Regional and local engagement: drive engagement with regional authorities, universities and community stakeholders.
• Infrastructure and regulatory support: monitor developments and translate them into recommendations.
• Strategic advocacy and coalition building: develop policy positions and build coalitions with industry partners.
• Executive advice and internal alignment: provide concise briefings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
