The LEGO Group is seeking a senior leader to head the FRANCE Operations team, driving performance, inventory health and retailer service while aligning with the BU France Leadership Team.

In this role you will set strategic objectives, collaborate across functions, and lead the ongoing improvement mindset. The position offers hybrid working arrangement and a chance to impact LEGO’s retail success in France.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of high-performing teams in a retail/consumer goods setting.
• Proven cross-functional forecasting experience delivering results.
• Experience driving continuous improvement of service to retailers.
• Ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders and lead negotiations.
• Strategic thinker with pragmatism and adaptability in uncertainty.
• Experience leading teams through significant change.
