The LEGO Group in France is seeking a Head of B2B E-commerce to lead sustainable growth of the LEGO eCommerce business with top strategic clients. You’ll drive shopper-centric online and omni-channel experiences across partners and marketplaces.

You will lead the eCommerce team, shape the local digital agenda as part of the France Leadership Team and develop digital capabilities while delivering data-informed decisions and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Delivered results in eCommerce retail environments with proven experience growing digital commerce.
• Led digital transformation initiatives that created meaningful change in a business or retail environment.
• Implemented technology solutions and ecosystems supporting digital commerce and shopper experiences.
• Managed teams and developed people and digital capabilities.
• Negotiated successfully with commercial, retail or other business stakeholders.
• Used data from multiple sources to inform commercial decisions and improve performance.

• Grow the eCommerce business sustainably with our most strategic clients.
• Improve product findability, viewability, shoppability and measurability.
• Strengthen data-informed decision making across partners, markets and the LEGO ecosystem.
• Develop technology and tools that support shoppers and internal teams.
• Identify emerging retail trends and work with partners to influence change.
• Build an inclusive, accountable eCommerce team while developing digital capability.
