The LEGO Group is seeking a Head of B2B E‑commerce for our France unit to lead strategic growth of the LEGO eCommerce business with top clients. You will shape the omni‑channel shopper experience and guide the eCommerce team within the France Leadership Team, driving digital transformation and data‑driven decisions across partners and markets.

The role features a hybrid work model with regular office days and flexibility for remote work.

• Delivered results in eCommerce retail environments, with proven experience growing digital commerce.
• Led digital transformation initiatives creating meaningful change in a business or retail environment.
• Implemented technology solutions and ecosystems supporting digital commerce and shopper experiences.
• Managed teams and developed people and digital capabilities.
• Negotiated successfully with commercial, retail or other business stakeholders.
• Used data from multiple sources to inform commercial decisions and improve performance.

Responsabilités

• Grow the eCommerce business sustainably with our most strategic clients.
• Improve product findability, viewability, shoppability and measurability.
• Strengthen data-informed decision making across partners, markets and the LEGO ecosystem.
• Develop technology and tools that support shoppers and internal teams.
• Identify emerging retail trends and work with partners to influence change.
• Build an inclusive, accountable eCommerce team while developing digital capability.
