Elekta is seeking an Account Manager to develop the installed base and drive turnover in the Oncology portfolio across the region. You will build and execute strategic plans, identify opportunities, and collaborate with sales, marketing, applications, and service teams to maximize revenue.

The role requires radiation oncology expertise, strong sales and negotiation skills, and fluency in English; French market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in clinical or business field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in Physics i.e., diploma physicist or dosimetry OR hospital information systems competence.
• Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices industry; radiotherapy experience preferred.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience within capital medical equipment and/or medical devices industry.
• Fluency in oral and written English is required; another regional language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify business volume maps of area sales opportunities.
• Build commercial action plans and implement actions to achieve defined objectives.
• Qualify customer needs for the entire Elekta range and coordinate with support teams.
• Create and manage recurring revenues (upgrades on installed base) and service orders.
• Lead on customer satisfaction and coordinate actions with after-sales service and project managers.
• Report figures during opportunity reviews and keep CLM tool data up to date.
