Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS/Tech.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Proven ability to manage mid-market, high-velocity sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Team Building & Hiring: build and coach the France Mid-Market Sales Team.
• Team Leadership: oversee Mid-Market Account Executives and cross-functional support.
• Execution & Revenue Growth: drive pipeline and revenue through disciplined sales processes.
• Process & Methodology: apply MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to pipeline and forecast.
• Regional Strategy: tailor sales strategies for French mid-market and ETI segments.
• Deal Support: act as a hands-on leader to close strategic mid-market deals.
