Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Marketing Program Manager for France based in Paris to drive regional marketing programs and pipeline impact. You will own events, ABM, and partner marketing, coordinating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure local relevance.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B tech marketing, hands-on delivery, and fluency in French and English. You will travel ~20–25% and be deeply involved in on-site activities at events and with partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with tech experience.
• Hands-on, structured, reliable with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive ownership and ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience with Salesforce or Marketo.

Responsabilités

• Own and run regional marketing programs in France to drive pipeline, including events and ABM initiatives.
• Take full ownership end-to-end: shape plans, align priorities, deliver and follow up independently.
• Build and manage campaign setups including email marketing, landing pages, lists, and vendor coordination.
• Be on-site at key events, lead delivery and be the main point of contact for speakers and vendors.
• Partner closely with sales to align on priorities, present plans and results, and represent regional marketing locally.
• Track performance and pipeline impact; ensure timely follow-up with sales and optimize results.
