Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking a Country Sales Director France to lead our French operations within the South Europe Zone and act as Managing Director of the French legal entities. The role combines strategic sales leadership, P&L ownership and legal entity management in a highly regulated market with travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant commercial or technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in sales, business management, marketing or project management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement short, medium and long term strategic and tactical plans that support the growth plan aligned to EMEA 2030 vision.
• Develop and implement an effective sales organization and processes with metrics, recruitment and skill development.
• Oversee CSO France and manage staff performance to meet objectives.
• Manage sales activities in France to achieve budgetary objectives across segments.
• Deliver on France Profit Plan and growth initiatives across segments in the CSO.
• Maintain budgetary responsibility for country sales teams.
• Foster collaboration across channel/segment teams and divisions, supply chain and services.
• Promote adoption of Salesforce, CPQ and PowerBI reports.
• Support a culture of Dare to Lead and continuous improvement in customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for future business growth, including potential acquisitions.
