DSJ Global is representing a globally recognised leader in logistics, seeking a Business Development Manager in Paris to drive new business across France. You will identify opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and tailor logistics solutions for clients in various industries.

In this hunter-focused role, you will collaborate with operations and pricing teams, present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and aim to exceed revenue targets while expanding the company’s French market footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, contract logistics, or transportation sales.
• Track record of winning new business and meeting targets.
• Experience selling logistics solutions including air freight, ocean freight, road freight, customs, warehousing, or integrated supply chain services.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across France.
• Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective territory management.
• Consult with customers to understand supply chain challenges and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Present and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and customer solutions teams to develop winning proposals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and gross profit targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade exhibitions.
