Ocean Winds is seeking a Head of Legal & Compliance Partner – France to lead the legal support for OW France and French projects, and to act as the local Compliance Partner for France. The role requires a senior legal profile with strong experience in complex energy or offshore wind projects, capable of combining hands-on advice with team leadership and strategic risk management.

You will oversee drafting and negotiation of contracts, compliance oversight, governance matters and regulatory

Qualifications

• French law degree and qualification to practise law in France.
• Postgraduate studies in energy, infrastructure, construction, public law, project finance, international business law or dispute resolution are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate legal support for Ocean Winds France across development, tendering, construction, operation and governance.
• Manage and develop the France Legal team, prioritise work and ensure quality of advice.
