Oliver Wyman is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join our Paris-based Legal team. You will handle corporate and commercial matters for OWG in the EMEA region, with a focus on France, reporting to the Chief Counsel, Continental Europe.

This mid- to senior-level in-house role requires at least 5 years post-qualification experience, fluency in French and English, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• French-qualified lawyer with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Proven experience in commercial contract review, drafting and negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Provide corporate advice and support on a wide range of legal issues and projects to OWG businesses across EMEA.
• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and related documents for OWG’s professional services businesses.
• Advise OWG consultants and corporate functions on legal implications of business decisions.
• Identify liability exposure and devise strategies to manage and reduce risk.
• Coordinate internal and external legal reviews on varied matters.
• Assist with compliance and risk mitigation processes across OWG businesses.
