Oliver Wyman is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join our Paris-based Legal team. You will handle corporate and commercial matters for OWG across the EMEA region, reporting to the Chief Counsel, Continental Europe.

The role requires a French-qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE and fluent French and English. You will work within a global in-house team, handling a broad range of contracts, advising on business decisions, and managing risk with a commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• French qualified lawyer with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Experience with commercial contracts and corporate finance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide corporate advice on a wide range of legal issues for OWG across EMEA.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and related documents.
• Advise consultants and functions on legal implications of business decisions.
• Identify liability exposure and provide risk mitigation solutions.
• Coordinate internal and external legal review on a range of matters.
• Support OWG businesses with compliance and risk management processes.
