The ideal candidate has 3+ years in regulatory compliance, experience in banking or tech, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company.
• An excellent understanding of how compliance and business risks interact.
• To be highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leading France regulatory scoping by mapping applicable regulations and developing the necessary controls.
• Monitoring and managing compliance risks as operations scale locally.
• Promoting a proactive local culture of compliance.
• Providing guidance on compliance requirements, conduct risks, and control improvements.
• Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local frameworks with global standards.
• Proactively identifying regulatory issues and implementing effective corrective actions.
