Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coding with SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong ownership of complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts.
• Interest in data-driven decision making.
• Experience in retail banking and launching credit products.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth.
• Lead and execute core infrastructure projects.
• Prioritize projects and set timelines to reach goals quickly.
• Identify and launch new features for a seamless customer experience.
• Support migration and launch of credit products.
• Manage vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems.
• Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.
