You will lead regulatory scoping for France, monitor risks as operations scale, and promote a proactive culture of compliance across the local business. This role collaborates with global teams to align local and global standards and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience in banking, consulting, or tech a plus.
• Strong understanding of how compliance and business risks interact.

Responsibilities

• Lead France regulatory scoping by mapping applicable regulations and controls.
• Monitor and manage compliance risks as operations scale locally.
• Promote a proactive local culture of compliance.
• Provide guidance on compliance requirements, conduct risks, and controls.
• Collaborate with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local with global standards.
• Proactively identify regulatory issues and implement corrective actions.
