Revolut in France is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate globally. You will work on high-impact initiatives, using data-driven insight to scale processes and deliver better outcomes for customers.

You will lead cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and manage vendor relationships while exploring new features to improve the customer experience. This role offers remote work from France in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Competenze

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong track record of owning and delivering complex projects end to end.
• Able to break complex problems into smaller parts.
• Enjoy working with data and have curiosity to make an impact.
• Interest in the financial industry.
• Nice to have fintech or banking experience.
• Experience launching banking products.
