Verda is seeking a Data Centre Expansion Manager (France) to own end-to-end processes for expanding colocation and data centre capacity within the French market. You will review inbound proposals, conduct due diligence on providers, and drive procurement to close.

The role demands strong commercial and technical acumen, deep knowledge of power and cooling infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre capacity acquisition and colocation procurement.
• Strong ability to review and evaluate inbound colocation proposals and shortlisting processes.
• Proven track record running RFI/RFP processes, commercial evaluation, and supplier negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Lead identification, evaluation, and development of data centre expansion opportunities in France.
• Review site proposals focusing on power, cooling, fibre, redundancy, density, and security.
• Negotiate and manage colocation leases, partnerships, and vendor contracts.
