Qualifications

• 5+ years in data centre capacity acquisition or infrastructure real estate with hands-on French market experience.
• Strong technical foundation regarding power and cooling infrastructure.
• Direct experience with colocation proposals and supplier negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the identification and development of data centre expansion opportunities in France.
• Review incoming site proposals and assess facility infrastructure.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements on behalf of the Company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and budget.
