CloudHQ, LLC is seeking a Customer Manager in France to serve as the primary customer-facing representative for large-scale data centre projects. You will build strong relationships, manage communications, and coordinate customer requirements across design, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.

You will work with development, design, construction, commissioning, operations and external customer teams to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and a smooth transition

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in construction, project management, or data centre delivery.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities and large infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work with executive leadership, customers, contractors, and technical teams.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and landlord organization.
• Lead regular customer meetings, progress reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate customer requirements with design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Track customer actions, risks, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Support change management processes and ensure alignment with contracts.
