DATA4 Group is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer (DCIE) to manage data center operations, streamline maintenance, and mitigate risks across critical environments. You will lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, coordinating with engineering, operations, and facilities management to minimize disruption.

The role emphasizes risk identification, QA processes, and adherence to industry standards such as Uptime Institute Tier Standards and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar or mission-critical operation role.
• 2+ years in project management or managing complex processes.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Collect technical data from field engineers, vendors, and customers.
• Establish risk maps and contingency plans for critical environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and coordinate with Data4 and external SMEs.
• Lead recurrent and ad hoc technical projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate project status and ensure regulatory compliance.
