Kinetico Incorporated is seeking a Sales & Services Manager D2C to lead the direct-to-consumer sales and service organization in France. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, service performance, and customer satisfaction across planning, financials, and field services.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of related experience, a business/marketing/sales degree, and proven leadership in a service & sales environment. Travel is expected to support regional operations and customer engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, sales or similar discipline with 8-10 years of related work experience.
• Experience leading and managing others in a service & sales environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to implement change effectively and guide teams clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develops key performance metrics, analyzes performance, and identifies opportunities to achieve sales & service targets through process improvements.
• Oversees teams across planning, customer financials, and regional operations.
• Develops sales & service procedures and ensures workforce has training, tools and equipment.
• Ensures high standards in sales and customer service activities.
• Oversees all sales & service activities and site inventory.
• Manages the service vehicle fleet and ensures compliance.
• Promotes teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
