Ekinops is seeking a France Team Lead for the CSO Access group to manage the French CSO Access team across Massy-Palaiseau and Sophia-Antipolis, ensuring delivery of customer commitments and SLA adherence.

You will coordinate with R&D, Product Management, Pre-Sales and Sales in a demanding international environment, overseeing incidents, resource planning and continuous improvement.

Fluent in French and English, you will lead talent development and reporting to the CSO Access Director.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in technical support, network operations or a comparable customer-facing technical environment.
• Significant experience in people management or team leadership within an operational technical organization.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the French CSO Access team, including objective setting and performance reviews.
• Manage day-to-day support operations across Massy-Palaiseau and Sophia-Antipolis.
• Monitor SLAs, backlog, critical tickets and drive corrective actions.
• Lead major incidents and cybersecurity-related crisis management with clear governance.
• Coordinate with R&D, PM, Pre-Sales, Sales and other CSO teams to resolve complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes, documentation, automation and knowledge sharing.
• Represent the French team in operational reviews and reporting to the CSO Access Director.
