MG Motor France is seeking a sales-driven professional to convert MG market opportunities into sales in France. You will develop the MG brand, follow the European launch strategy, and build a robust distributor network while negotiating targets and managing accounts.

The role requires travel ~80% of the time, independent work, and fluency in French and English to coordinate with head-office teams in English. You will report to SAIC MOTOR FRANCE managers and drive market growth.

Qualifications

• Established network of distributors and sales partners in France.
• Strong background in automotive products.
• Sales‑oriented with understanding of multiple customer group perceptions.
• Independent worker with self‑starting attitude.
• Fluent in French and English for internal and external communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop MG brand awareness in France and grow market share.
• Follow the European launch strategy phases to grow the market.
• Search for candidates and organize contacts with private investors.
• Negotiate agreements to build a consistent dealer network.
• Negotiate sales targets with distributors (annual/quarterly/monthly).
• Create marketing and action plans with dealers; recruit and train sales staff.
• Manage distributors to achieve sales targets and control floorplan payments.
• Provide product information for SME product management per French requirements.
• Visit leasing companies, fleetowners and key accounts to sell MG and support growth.
• Report KPIs and market trends to SAIC MOTOR FRANCE managers.
• Handle administrative tasks such as weekly reports and forecasts.
