Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Significant experience in third‑party certification, auditing, or conformity assessment.
• Qualified Lead Auditor in one or more recognised schemes.
• Strong understanding of accreditation requirements and certification processes.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and audits.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of auditors and subcontractors.
• Oversee audit programmes, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs.
• Support technical queries, complex certification decisions, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
