WITH is seeking an AI Content Tool Adoption Specialist to drive the local rollout of Pencil for the French market. You will work with marketing teams, production studios and agencies to ensure adoption and measurable impact.

You will develop use cases, track savings, and deliver hands-on training and change management to embed AI into daily content creation workflows. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Generative AI for content creation (image and text).
• Operational deployment experience in marketing/communications with track record of tool adoption.
• Localization of global assets and connecting production studios with marketing teams.
• Experience collaborating with creative agencies (dstudio, BETC) to deploy new use cases.
• Focus on savings and sharing best practices across teams.
• Knowledge of FMCG sector is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English for local/global collaboration.
