Airswift is seeking an experienced structural engineer with offshore FPSO expertise to monitor topside weight growth, ensure CoG compliance, and review structural deliverables. The role involves close collaboration with Process, Piping, Layout, Marine, and Installation teams to maintain project fidelity and weight management discipline.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in offshore Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCIC/EPSCC exposure, and familiarity with API, ISO, DNV, ABS, Eurocodes, and marine standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years' offshore Oil & Gas project experience.
• Hands-on FPSO Topsides Structural Engineering and Weight Control.
• Experience working within EPC/EPCIC/EPSCC project environments.
• Familiarity with API, ISO, DNV, ABS, Eurocodes, and marine classification standards.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control topside weight growth and Centre of Gravity (CoG) compliance.
• Review structural deliverables, including calculations, analyses, drawings, and lifting studies.
• Support structural design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and class requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Process, Piping, Layout, Marine, and Installation disciplines.
• Manage weight control registers, engineering changes, and anomaly resolution.
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and classification societies on structural and weight-related matters.
