Altea Energy seeks a highly experienced FPSO Topsides Structure / Weight Control Engineer to ensure structural integrity and weight compliance during EPSCC phases of a major offshore development. You will monitor engineering activities, validate weight control deliverables, and ensure alignment with project specifications across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include reviewing contractor deliverables, coordinating interfaces, and supporting multi-disciplinary teams in design reviews,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Naval Architecture or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience on FPSO, offshore platforms or major offshore EPC projects.
• Strong capabilities in topsides structural design, weight control management and detailed engineering.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and validate structural engineering activities performed by EPC Contractors and vendors.
• Ensure structural designs comply with company specs, codes and project requirements.
• Review structural analyses and deliverables related to FPSO topside modules.
• Support weight control procedures throughout project execution.
