Airswift is recruiting for an FPSO Technical Safety Services role to support a major offshore development project. The position focuses on safety engineering through detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases across Paris, Singapore and Geoje, offering international project exposure.

The candidate will review safety deliverables, ensure regulatory compliance, lead risk assessments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate safety into the FPSO design

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FPSO safety engineering and offshore oil and gas.
• Strong background in process safety, risk assessment and risk management.
• Experience supporting detailed design across procurement, construction and commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Review and supervise Technical Safety deliverables during detailed design.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards and regulations.
• Monitor safety scope to meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Review contractor deliverables and coordinate clarification meetings.
• Coordinate safety studies, audits and risk assessments; implement recommendations.
• Lead TRA activities by third-party consultants to reduce risks to ALARP.
• Provide input to safety-related engineering queries and resolve issues.
• Integrate safety and personnel protection into FPSO design throughout lifecycle.
• Interface with Process, Structures, HVAC, Hull and SURF teams for safety optimization.
• Participate in technical meetings, reviews and workshops; support safety-focused activities.
