Airswift is seeking an experienced FPSO QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance on a Paris-based offshore project for 12 months. You will oversee QA/QC procedures, document control, and ensure alignment with project specs and HSE practices.

The role requires a strong background in FPSO/offshore QA/QC, auditing, and continuous improvement, with the ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver compliant results.

Qualifications

• Experience in FPSO/offshore environments.
• Background in QA/QC management and quality systems.
• Experience reviewing contractor/subcontractor QA/QC documentation.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections and continuous improvement.
• Promote quality culture across project teams.
• Awareness of HSE site instructions and safe working practices.
