Job summary

SeaOwl Energy Services (France) seeks a seasoned Quality Engineer to support the Project H3SEQ Manager in implementing the Project Quality Management System (QMS) for the Venus project. This role leads QA/QC processes across all packages (SURF, SPS, FPSO, O&M, D&W, and Offloading), coordinates audits, dashboards, and KPI reporting, and drives continuous improvement with lean initiatives.

Location is France (Paris or Pau) with a residential contract; English and French are used for service

Qualifications

Confirmed Quality Engineer with at least 15 years of Oil & Gas project experience.
Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI; Power Apps and Visio skills required.
Experience mapping processes, Lean/continuous improvement, KPI management.

Responsibilities

Lead Venus QA by developing and maintaining a robust QMS with procedures and dashboards.
Coordinate QA/QC processes and tools like NCR and Third Party Inspections.
Coordinate quality activities across SURF, SPS, FPSO, O&M, D&W and Offloading.
Drive performance improvement by mapping processes, identifying gaps and KPIs.
Organise periodic quality review meetings with Venus Packages and close out actions.
