Job summary

Comsip, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, seeks a seasoned H3SE Manager to lead safety, security, societal and environmental efforts for the Venus FPSO project across engineering, procurement, supply, construction, commissioning and installation phases.

You will promote H3SE policies, coordinate with the Package Manager and HSSE teams, and ensure compliance with international standards while maintaining robust reporting and stakeholder engagement in a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in H3SE leadership.
• English language mandatory for all project communications.
• Engineer level education or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor H3SE regulations and inform the Package Manager of impacts.
• Coordinate H3SE activities with FPSO Package Manager and HSSE team.
• Define, implement and review H3SE training plans for EPSCC phases.
• Organize H3SE risk management reviews and update risk registers.
• Define H3SE requirements to Contractors and audit their systems.
• Report H3SE statistics, investigate incidents and provide management feedback.
