Job summary

Comsip, a VINCI Energies Oil & Gas subsidiary, seeks an FPSO HSE Manager to lead H3SE across EPC and installation for the Venus FPSO project. Manage safety concepts, coordinate audits, and drive compliance with TotalEnergies/TEPNA policies during design and construction.

The role requires 10–20 years in H3SE, an engineering degree, and fluent English. Based in Paris for the initial year with international missions aboard and on-site work in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of professional H3SE experience, with managerial responsibilities.
• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Define and promote H3SE objectives for the FPSO package and advise project teams.
• Organize H3SE training and risk management reviews (HAZID/HAZOP).
• Coordinate H3SE activities and ensure compliance with policies and permits.
