Job summary

SBM Offshore seeks a Project Construction Quality Manager to lead quality management during FPSO construction on-site. You will develop CQMPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and safety teams to maintain the highest quality standards across fabrication, installation and commissioning.

The role requires 10+ years in construction quality with FPSO exposure, strong knowledge of ISO 9001, and travel to yards or offshore locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality management and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HSE standards, and FPSO-related codes (ASME/API/ASTM).
• Experience in CQC, inspections, testing, and NCR management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the CQMP for FPSO projects and ensure client/regulatory compliance.
• Oversee QA activities across fabrication, assembly, installation and commissioning.
• Monitor inspections, welding, NDT, coatings, testing and NCR handling.
• Deliver quality performance reports and drive process improvements.
