Job summary

Naboo in Paris seeks a Finance intern to support the Corporate Finance team. You will contribute to monthly closing, validate expense reports, and ensure accurate cost/revenue allocation while supporting management reporting for international subsidiaries.

Your role includes building performance dashboards, tracking payroll costs, and aiding with automation of reporting processes. Fluency in French and English, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and FP&A exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree student in Finance/Control or equivalent
• First experience in FP&A, management control, audit, or accounting requested

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing and accounting accuracy
• Review and validate employee expense reports
• Ensure accurate cost and revenue allocations (cost centers, BU, entities, markets)
• Apply accrual-based reasoning to book off-ledger entries for a complete monthly P&L
• Support monthly management reporting and budget vs. actual analysis
• Monitor international subsidiaries performance
• Track payroll costs and hiring plans amid growth
• Maintain and update payplan dashboards for variable compensation
• Build performance dashboards to support decision-making and reviews
• Contribute to automation of reporting processes using existing tools
