Job summary

papernest is seeking a Finance/FP&A intern to join in January 2027 for a 6-month mission. This role offers hands-on reporting, budget monitoring, and automation tasks within a fast-growing European scale-up based in Paris.

You will support the FP&A team with monthly and ad hoc reporting, help automate materials for executives, and contribute to management accounting improvement while maintaining internal processes. English and French are required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or attending a business school.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented.
• Autonomous and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the FP&A Manager with monthly and ad hoc reporting for senior management.
• Automating reports and materials for papernest executives.
• Contributing to the analysis and improvement of management accounting.
• Helping maintain and ensure proper implementation of internal processes.
• Monitoring and reforecasting the budget in collaboration with all departments, including FP&A meetings with C-level executives.
