Upflow, a Paris-based fintech, seeks a Founder Associate intern to help align leadership, investors, and teams. You will report to the Director of Operations and drive investor communications, meeting coordination, and strategic planning across the organization.

The 6‑month program emphasizes structured learning, ownership, and hands‑on exposure to the CEO office in a fast‑growing company with a multinational team and English as the working language.

Qualifications

• Proficient with spreadsheet applications and able to process large data sets.
• Skilled in crafting compelling slide decks for varied audiences.
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to take on responsibilities.
• Highly coachable with quick uptake of new knowledge.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and prepare communications for external stakeholders, including investor reporting.
• Prepare, coordinate and participate in top management and company‑wide meetings; lead the Global Weekly Team Meeting with proper follow‑up.
• Coordinate strategic planning activities, including quarterly OKR planning sessions.
• Monitor progress toward company goals by owning key metrics and tools for transparency and decision support.
• Execute ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects initiated by the founders to support various functions.
