Job summary

Lemrock, building the infrastructure of agentic commerce, seeks a Product Manager to partner with the founders and CTO to shape the product vision and own a core part of the product end to end. You will start by owning the brand-facing product, with rapid scope growth as you validate problems with brands and drive the roadmap.

You will run discovery, ship weekly with engineering and design, and own launches and outcomes while shaping the product function itself in a fast-moving, AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in product management, startup/scale-up experience.
• Takes vague problems to shipped features and owns results.
• Able to scope with engineers and write launch notes.
• Bias for action and ships with incomplete data.
• Fluent in French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and define the product strategy with the founders and CTO.
• Own the roadmap end to end and decide what not to build.
• Run discovery with brands and partners to identify high-impact problems.
• Ship weekly with engineering and design, from prototype to delivery.
• Own launches and measure outcomes based on business impact.
• Build the product function, rituals, and feedback loop from the field.
