Job summary

Mendo is hiring a Founding Account Executive to open the United Kingdom and Ireland markets from our Paris HQ. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect large enterprise accounts, and work with senior leaders to drive GenAI transformation.

You will leverage a proven playbook, engage CTOs and Digital Transformation Directors, and build a scalable pipeline. Regular travel to the UK & Ireland is expected as you establish the local footprint.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in complex B2B SaaS sales with enterprise customers.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals in large organizations.
• Experience selling to CTOs, CIOs, Digital Transformation Directors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect large accounts in the UK and Ireland (FTSE 100/250 and multinationals).
• Lead executive-level presentations, demos and negotiations.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Build a predictable, scalable pipeline from month one.
• Share market insights and adapt GTM strategy with the Head of GTM.
