Leopa is seeking a hands-on technical lead to join the founding team in Paris, guiding architecture, security, and data strategy while building a scalable health-tech platform. You will own the patient mobile app and clinician tools, shape the tech roadmap, and ensure ISO/IEC certifications are met.

You will hire and mentor early engineers, set standards for quality, security, and testing, and represent tech to investors and partners. Bilingual French/English is valued.

Responsabilités

• Build the product hands-on: own architecture and shipping of our patient mobile app and clinician-facing tools, and define the tech roadmap with go-to-market.
• Own compliance and security: structure infosec toward ISO 27001, implement IEC 62304 for CE (MDR) and FDA pathways, and set up HDS-compliant health-data hosting.
• Shape our AI and data work: lead precision-psychiatry data efforts bridging clinical research and production.
• Grow the team and culture: hire the first engineers, set engineering standards (quality, security, testing), and represent our tech to investors and partners.
• Position yourself as a builder who can architect a complex system, code hands-on, and potentially move into broader management as we scale.
• Fluent in both French and English.
