Job summary

Alpic is seeking a founders associate to accelerate growth and scale the business. This generalist role spans go-to-market and operations, working directly with the founders on current priorities.

You will own Finance & Accounting, Revenue Operations, People & Legal, Growth initiatives, and Market Intelligence in a fast-paced, international startup. Duration: 5 months minimum, with potential for a full-time contract afterward.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree at a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and analytical skills.
• Learn quickly and turn a vague vision into concrete action.

Responsibilities

• Finance & accounting: fundraising support, KPI and investor reporting, cash flow projections, day-to-day accounting.
• Business / revenue operations: drive internal process optimization with AI (CRM automation, KPI tracking).
• People & legal: help shape hiring, onboarding, and retention while keeping foundations solid as we scale.
• Growth: build customer acquisition workflows, run messaging and product experiments, organize events to grow the community around the Alpic platform.
• Market intelligence: track the MCP ecosystem, surface competitive signals, etc.
