Ongolamp in Paris is searching for a Founder's Associate to work closely with the founders on various business needs. This role offers an accelerated apprenticeship aimed at those looking to start their own company in 3 to 5 years. The responsibilities range from building the recruiting funnel for new hires to launching marketing campaigns and handling investor updates. • Building the recruiting funnel for the next 5 hires: sourcing, screens, scheduling, offers.
• Owning the monthly investor update.
• Running user interviews with our first 20 beta testers and synthesizing results.
• Launching a marketing campaign end to end.
• Handling additional tasks as needed.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate who will work alongside the founders on whatever the company needs most. You'll touch every part of the business, learn fast, and own meaningful work from day one.

We are on a mission to build a new way for humans to interact with technology

Our first product Ongo, a character that lives in your space, went viral and sold out. We're now shipping the first hundreds of thousands of interactive robots into real customers' homes. If you want to do robotics that actually leaves the lab, come build with us.

You will work on

• Building the recruiting funnel for our 5 next hires: sourcing, screens, scheduling, offers.
• Owning our monthly investor update.
• Running user interviews with our first 20 beta testers and synthesizing what we learned.
• Launching a marketing campaign end to end.
• Whatever else comes up that the founders shouldn't be doing themselves.
