Alan is hiring for a CEO Founder Associate Internship open to gap year or end-of-study interns starting June 2026 for six months. You will support the CEO and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives, helping unlock growth, align strategy, and shape processes and products in a dynamic environment.

You’ll be involved in diverse strategic projects across strategy, product, growth, governance, and talent, gaining hands-on experience with Alan’s global initiatives and operations.

Qualifications

• Internship for gap year or end-of-study, six-month duration starting June 2026.
• Support the CEO and Senior Alaners on growth, strategy, processes and new products.
• Involve in key challenges and work on strategic projects across multiple facets of the business.

Responsabilités

• Strategy: contribute to strategic vision, market analysis and growth modelling.
• Product & Design: support product vision, conduct user research, assist in prototyping.
• Growth: coordinate RFPs, support marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Corporate & Governance: assist board packs, public affairs, fundraising and meetings.
• Brand & Communications: develop corporate presence at events and networks.
• Talent: sourcing and recruiting the next batch of FAs.
