Atlantic in Besançon is seeking an entrepreneurial intern to join an early-stage deeptech team, closely working with the CEO. You will move between immediate problem-solving and building scalable processes for the company’s future growth.

You will gain broad ownership across operations, sales, facilities, and HR, with exposure to an industrial lab, cleanroom, and research environment. The internship may lead to an operations role in Lightspring.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn across topics.
• Enjoy building repeatable systems and scalable processes.
• Strong French and English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Set up repeatable day-to-day processes across operations, sales, HR, and admin.
• Automate processes using the right tools and AI agents.
• Coordinate and support hiring alongside the team.
• Help develop and monitor office and lab facilities to high standards.
• Track competitors and industry trends, including market reports and customer feedback.
• Support investor relationships, reporting, and updates to our funding strategy.
• Keep internal knowledge organized, including SOPs, meeting notes, decisions, and logs.
• Support communication and content, from LinkedIn posts to partnership outreach.
